Wes has been a dedicated part of the company for 12 years, growing from an entry-level Direct Support Professional (DSP) to the role of Assistant Manager of the day hub. With extensive experience in client care and program operations, Wes is committed to creating a supportive and enriching environment for those served.

Outside of work, Wes enjoys reading, painting, and volunteering with dogs, combining a love for creativity and animal welfare.
