Sarah brings valuable leadership and organizational skills to ACS, managing team productivity, staff training, and payroll processes across multiple programs, including supported living, supported employment, and the day program. Prior to joining ACS, Sarah worked extensively in childcare and education, where she honed her ability to create safe, nurturing environments and individualized learning experiences. Her expertise in behavior management and special education make her a vital asset to the ACS team.
